How It Works

From the point of the view of the restaurant, iMENU is designed to work just like the phone or fax orders you take now. There is no need for a computer, internet connection or other special equipment in your restaurant. You can choose to receive orders on a fax machine or via e-mail!

Step 1:

Your customer visits your custom-designed iMENU website and reads about your restaurant.

Step 2:

Next, your customer views your menu and adds items to his or her order. When done, the customer clicks "Complete Order."

Step 3:

Finally, your customer enters his or her contact and payment information before clicking "Place Order." iMENU even automatically remembers returning customers!

Step 4:

You receive your customer’s order instantly via fax or e-mail for preparation and take-out or delivery.
